Tina Standlee, MS
Tina Standlee M.Ed./Ed.S is a Business Analyst/Project Manager at the College of Southern Idaho (CSI) where she has served in a variety of positions for 29 years. She is a strong believer in education and has pursued and achieved her own education milestones over the last 29 years. Tina received her Business Management Bachelor’s Degree from Boise State University and then continued to the University of Idaho earning a master’s degree in Education and most recently her Specialist in Leadership. Among Tina’s many professional contributions at CSI includes her role with a small team who partnered with the administration to design and implement the launch of a new organization, PACE, creating an on-campus voice for the Professional and Classified Employees working for the college. Since this launch 17 years ago, Tina has served on four Executive Committees. This organization represents over 340 employees who now take seats on standing campus committees to make sure that all decisions that are made for the institution also have the voice of the Professional and Classified employees. Tina is now working on a college wide implementation of a new software for student and business functions.
Tina has lived in Jerome for 32 years with her husband Ray. They raised two children and enjoy family life that now includes grandchildren. “I am excited to be on the IESDB Foundation Board for the past several years. There are so many possibilities for the Board to help many students throughout the State of Idaho.

Amelia Palmer Dusenbury

Amelia Dusenbury is a mathematics graduate teaching assistant at Boise State University (BSU). She is a strong advocate of BVI participation and excellence in STEM. During her graduate teaching assistantship work Dusenbury is focused on improving Mathematics Learning Center course accessibility for both students and instructors. She has completed an internship with BVI science accessibility company Independence Science where she worked on product development and BVI focused curriculum design. Dusenbury has co-coordinated the North Idaho region National Federation of the Blind’s (NFB) Braille Literacy and Learning (BELL) Academy and taught various courses such as Braille reading and Activities of Daily Living. Dusenbury has four years of experience as a web accessibility analyst and has freelanced for the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) primarily focusing on their Smart Business 4 All initiative.
Dusenbury lives in Boise Idaho with her husband Ryan and guide dog Riley. She adores math and loves all things STEM. Her undergraduate mathematics thesis was on Pontryagin duality. Dusenbury is a strong advocate of BVI students and their ability to succeed in STEM fields. She also brings her digital accessibility knowledge to the foundation.

Greg Edgar, CPA
Greg Edgar, CPA, CGMA, Greg passed the CPA exam in 1997 and joined Van Engelen CPAs in the spring of 2014. He like public accounting so much he purchased the practice in 2018 and has been running it since. He has a staff of 8 people and locations in Twin Falls & Grand View Idaho. Greg has 20+ year experience in the private sector from working as a controller to CFO in various companies. Greg grew up in a farming community and was actively involved in the various tasks and responsibilities that the ag sector provides. He is married for over 30 years and has 7 children, 2 that are married and two grand children. Greg has vast experience and enjoys working with businesses starting up and growing.
Greg has a child that is attending IESDB in Gooding and has a vested interest in seeing the foundation succeed. Greg brings a business perspective and a wealth of knowledge to the IESDBF.

Melissa Bair
Melissa Bair and her husband, Adam Bair, are the parents of a child who is hard of hearing. The family lives in Southeastern Idaho. Melissa has spent her career in the communication field, working in non-profit advocacy; marking; and writing, editing, and publishing. She appreciates the opportunity to serve as a board member at the Idaho Education Services for the Deaf and Blind Foundation. She is extremely resourceful and provides many outlets for our group to secure funds for larger projects.

Mai Nguyen
My name is Mai Nguyen, and I was born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam. At the age of 17, I moved to the United States with the support of several American sponsors. After earning a master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Visual Impairment, I began my teaching career. I have been employed at the Idaho State School for the Deaf and the Blind for the past twelve years. I find great fulfillment in working with my students and witnessing their progress on a daily basis.
